From Naples Straight to Your Block
'EvenQuarter originated from a modest vision: sharing true Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Bianchi kin in 1985, our pizza shop was initially a quaint local venture, bestowing recipes that have been preserved over the ages.
Marco Bianchi, the progenitor of our brand, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, learning straight from the great pizza masters in Naples, where pizza first started. Once back in the UK, she endeavored to reproduce the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, utilizing age-old approaches and the purest ingredients.
From its humble beginnings as a diminutive pizza venue with just 12 seats, it has evolved into a cherished staple of the local community. Despite this growth, our dedication to the essence and caliber of our pizza remains stout. We stand by our traditional wood oven baking methods, crafting our dough from scratch each day, and choosing only top-tier ingredients.
To this day, 'EvenQuarter is still in the hands of the Bianchi lineage, with its future assured by the family's second generation leading a zealous crew. Even as we adopt new advancements, our fundamental ethos persists: forging scrumptious, true-to-heart pizza that unites people.
